The Frida Private Room & Patio can be booked for celebrations of up to 60 guests (indoor, seated or cocktail-style) with optional use of the Frida Patio to accommodate up to 100 guests (indoor/outdoor, cocktail-style). The Frida Private Room at FLORA is available every day for lunch and dinner at food & beverage minimums based on the time of day, the day of the week, and the month of the year. These minimums are the base price for your celebration and only cover food & beverage items.

To avoid a cancellation fee, reservations for groups of 8 or more must be canceled before 4:00 PM the day before the reservation. Late cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Reservations during periods without food and beverage minimums are subject to a $100 cancellation fee if canceled after the deadline.
At least half of your party must arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time. If this requirement is not met, the reservation may be automatically canceled and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Yes. The party host must confirm the final guest count on the morning of the reservation. Charges will be based on the confirmed guest count, regardless of attendance. If FLORA is unable to reach you, the most recently provided guest count will be used.
Yes. An automatic 20% gratuity is added to all parties of 8 or more dining at FLORA.
Yes. FLORA can split the check evenly across multiple payment methods, but individual itemized checks are not available for parties of 8 or more. If additional payment methods are not provided at the time of payment, the card on file will be charged the remaining balance.
