The Frida Private Room at FLORA
The Frida Private Room & Patio can be booked for celebrations of up to 60 guests (indoor, seated or cocktail-style) with optional use of the Frida Patio to accommodate up to 100 guests (indoor/outdoor, cocktail-style). The Frida Private Room at FLORA is available every day for lunch and dinner at food & beverage minimums based on the time of day, the day of the week, and the month of the year. These minimums are the base price for your celebration and only cover food & beverage items. All items that do not fall under the food & beverage category will be an additional cost (ex: valet, rentals, decor, outside vendors, sales tax, gratuity, etc).
Frida Private Room Celebrations can be booked no more than 6 months in advance. The food & beverage minimum includes 3 hours of celebration time. There is no room fee, if the food & beverage minimum is met. FLORA will allow clients to extend their events for an additional cost. An administrative fee will be applied to the final bill to cover labor and coordination.
Due to health, safety and liquor laws, all food and beverage must be supplied by FLORA and must be consumed on-site. FLORA offers prix fixe menu options and will not prepare custom items. FLORA will not allow wedding ceremonies in the Frida Private Room and will keep the main dining room and main patio open for service during business hours.
